TERMS OF SERVICE To become a member of LinkBlossom.com, you must agree to the following Terms of Service. These guidelines have been established to insure that the LinkBlossom directory is of a consistently high quality. I. MEMBER SITE GUIDELINES A. Your site must be content based. It may not be or resemble a so-called "link farm" or other type of site designed for the sole purpose of generating or boosting link traffic. These types of sites generally have a large ratio of external vs. internal links. If you're not sure if your site fits in this category, please contact us. B. You may not use so-called "doorway" pages. A doorway page is defined as a page with little or no content, usually contains keyword spam, and is designed specifically to rank well in search engines and then send traffic to another page and/or site. C. Your site may not contain pornographic content. D. Your site may not promote illegal activity including: hacking, cracking, warez, etc. II. LINK GUIDELINES A. Homepage Link 1. You agree to place a text link to your link directory URL from your homepage. This link must be easily readable by the human eye. The color of the link text should be on a reasonably contrasting background. The link's anchor text should have a relevant title such as "Links", "Link Partners", "Resources", etc. The size of the link's anchor text should be of a size that reasonably matches the other text and design of the homepage. 2. The Homepage Link may not be: hidden, obscured, cloaked, hidden, obfuscated or rendered invisible in any way. Violations of these Terms of Service will be decided at the sole discretion of the LinkBlossom.com administrative staff. Offending sites will be removed from the directory until such time as they are found to be compliant. You are responsible for making sure your site(s) are in compliance. LinkBlossom will not issue refunds for breach of this agreement. These Terms of Service are subject to change, without prior notice, at any time.
